		<description>Seriously, look at the painting. That isn&#039;t a Pollock. It isn&#039;t his style of drip. Pollock&#039;s work is more chaotic and random, this is more organized and slightly more classy. Totally not a Pollock. Good painting, but surely not Pollock.</description>

now, about the 3 questions at the end.
nr 1. if the pigments had been developed already then he could have gotten them somehow....but for paint that didn&#039;t even exist back then, hardly
nr 2. yes. DaVinci&#039;s, Rembrandt&#039;s and a lot of other&#039;s masterpieces have been retouched...fixed...renovated several times and are still extremely valuable. 
nr 3. only question I cannot answer, I wouldn&#039;t want anything by the man. Some ppl have an &quot;odd&quot; taste I suppose.
